WANTED: floating breakwater (wave attenuator) – repurposed material

The Denman Island Dock Committee is looking for aquaculture industry infrastructure that can be repurposed into a floating breakwater, and in a similar fashion as shown below. The breakwater is intended for use at the community dock on Denman Island.
